Kirk earned a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University in 2007 and worked in private industry for a manufacturing company for several years before joining Mondorf & Fenwick in 2010. He became a partner of the firm in 2018.
Kirk's experience in public accounting include tax planning and preparation for estates, corporations, partnerships and individuals for a variety of clients in the medical, manufacturing, retail and service industries. Other duties include bookkeeping, litigation support, and the planning and field work of audits, reviews and compilations of various for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental engagements.
Kirk is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been an active volunteer on non-profit boards and fundraisers.

Brenda earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Elmira College in 2001 and worked for a public accounting firm in Elmira for three years before joining Mondorf & Fenwick PLLC in 2005.
Brenda's experience in public accounting includes auditing and financial statement preparation along with a broad base of tax services. She works with a wide variety of clients including individuals, businesses, estates, and not for profit organizations.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She currently assists with financial matters at her local church. Brenda has also served on the board of the Booster Club at Tioga Central School along with other youth organizations.

Ben graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration and had worked in public accounting for 14 years before joining Mondorf and Fenwick, PLLC in 2021.
Ben works with a wide variety of clients and industries performing audit, tax, and consulting services for construction, retail, medical, and non-profit organizations among others.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He volunteers his time in various capacities for local non-profit organizations including the Broome County Humane Society and the Maine-Endwell Dollars for Scholars.

John graduated from the Syracuse University School of Management in 1979 with a B.S. in Accounting. He was then employed on the audit staff of the Binghamton, NY office of the Big Eight Public Accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. In 1981, he left C & L to join a local CPA firm where he continued his audit activities in addition to becoming involved in small business tax planning and preparation. In 1985 John established his own firm and its subsequent growth have been facilitated by the addition of competent staff committed to client service and the patronage of loyal clients.
In addition, through experience and formal education, John has expanded his skills to include business valuation and litigation support services. The firm recently received the highest possible rating in an evaluation of its quality control system as administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
A member of the AICPA, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, John has also obtained the AICPA’s Accreditation in Business Valuations designation. In addition, he has served on the boards of various charitable organizations.

Bill received an A.A.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Paul Smith's College and a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He worked as an accountant in private industry and for a national public firm before joining the public accounting firm of John G. Mondorf, CPA. In 1999 the current firm of Mondorf & Fenwick PLLC was formed.
Bill works with a wide variety of clients and industries. This includes audits, reviews and compilations of businesses in the retail, service, governmental and not-for-profit sectors. He also specializes in tax planning and preparation for businesses and individuals.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has obtained the AICPA’s Certificate of Educational Achievement in Business Valuation. He has served on numerous non-profit organizations and boards.

Luke graduated from Ithaca College in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and earned a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy from Ithaca College in 2018. Luke joined Mondorf & Fenwick PLLC in October, 2018.
Luke assists in tax planning and preparation for corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, and individuals spanning many different clients across a wide variety of industries. Other responsibilities include field work on audits, compilations, and reviews of various for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations, as well as bookkeeping for clients in the medical, manufacturing, and retail industries throughout the year.
